Nicolás Gómez Ortiz is a lawyer with over ten years of experience in corporate law, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), estate planning, foreign trade, and foreign investment. He has advised national and international companies on the structuring of corporate transactions, business reorganizations, and both domestic and international contracting. He has also supported the entry and expansion of foreign investment in Colombia. His practice has focused on sectors such as manufacturing, mining, energy, infrastructure, and services, providing comprehensive legal solutions aimed at business development and consolidation.
Currently, at Araújo Ibarra, he serves as Partner and Director of the Corporate Law area, where he leads legal structuring processes, advises on transactions, and designs efficient corporate models.
