Carolina is responsible for the design, execution, and oversight of strategic projects at the firm, while also contributing to the development and implementation of its overarching strategy. She brings XNUMX years of experience supporting organizations in enhancing their internal structure and operations, always grounded in a well-defined purpose.
She holds a Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, recognized by the University of the Basque Country, as well as a master’s in environmental management from Universidad de los Andes and a Master’s in Management from the London School of Economics.
