Rossell is a Business Administration professional and holds a technical degree in International Trade. She has built her career in import and export operations, consulting various public and private foreign trade databases for statistical studies, and managing registrations for UAP and ALTEX programs. She has extensive experience assisting companies in obtaining and managing Special Import-Export Systems, specifically under the “Plan Vallejo” framework.
She currently serves as a Senior Analyst in the Foreign Trade Mechanisms Unit.
