Aníbal is a professional in International Trade and a Specialist in Project Management, Formulation, and Evaluation. He has extensive experience in foreign trade operations, particularly in the Special Import-Export Systems known as Plan Vallejo. His practice includes advising on the application and administration of the Plan Vallejo mechanism for operations involving raw materials, inputs, capital goods, spare parts, and services. He has supported companies from various sectors, especially mining and energy, manufacturing, floriculture, industrial, transportation, and airport infrastructure.
He currently serves as Manager of Special Foreign Trade Mechanisms in the Plan Vallejo Unit at Araújo Ibarra Consultores Internacionales S.A.S.
Aníbal is also an adjunct professor at several universities and a frequent speaker on topics related to international trade.
